A Brief Overview Manages daily office operations effectively and assists on the sales floor as needed. What You Will Do Oversees and coordinates office and volunteer related responsibilities (40%25) Provides customer service to visitors, volunteers and hospital staff. (30%25) Assists with promotional activities for the Atrium Shop.(30%25) Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. Education Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (Preferred) Work Experience 2+ years of advanced education beyond High School or equivalent work experience. (Required) and 2+ years administrative assistant or office management experience. () Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong organizational skills and financial acumen. (Required proficiency) Public Relations and communication skills. (Required proficiency) Personal computer – Highly proficient sills in Microsoft office suite, especially Excel & database programs. (Required proficiency) Desktop Publishing skills and POS system experience helpful. (Required proficiency) 40 wpm typing.
