About the Role We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Sales Engineer to drive business growth across the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segments. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, consultative selling capabilities, and customer engagement skills to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored energy solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development activities for C&I Solar and BESS solutions. Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements. Act as a technical consultant throughout the sales cycle, providing solution recommendations and system-level guidance. Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, EPCs, consultants, industrial customers, and channel partners. Prepare technical-commercial proposals, presentations, and solution pitches tailored to customer needs. Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project execution. Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and customer meetings across regions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the renewable energy sector. Drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Candidate Profile 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development within Solar, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, or related sectors. Strong understanding of C&I Solar systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and energy management solutions. Ability to independently evaluate and address customer technical requirements. Proven track record in consultative and solution-based sales engagements. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to represent the organization at senior management levels. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities. Education Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline. Salary: 1500000 - 2000000 INR Per annum
