Our team specializes in the development and supply of powertrain cooling systems for applications in the construction, agriculture, mining, transportation and mass-transit sectors. We’re a small but rapidly growing company seeking to disrupt the field with unique solutions to complex industry problems.
We’re seeking an ambitious and results driven Lead Sales Engineer to spearhead our business development activities in the OEM marketplace. In this role, you will be working directly with executive management and prospective clients in executing the company’s strategic vision. You will be responsible for achieving the company’s business development objectives and driving revenue growth across target sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Bachelor degree in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering; P.Eng. designation an asset
· Experience: 4-10 years of sales experience in related industries; experience working with small and mid-sized OEMs in the mining, construction, agriculture, or mass-transit sectors a major asset
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of thermal management concepts and application experience in SolidWorks design software

· Streamline industry data in identifying prospective client bases
