Description

THE PERFECT RECIPE OF SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a B2B Sales Team, preferably managing sales in the DACH region or Europe
  • Established network within the confectionary industry across DACH and Europe
  • Proven track record of growing existing customer accounts and establishing new business opportunities
  • Experience in team building and people development
  • Fluency in German & English is required
  • Strong passion for sustainability and food, alongside with the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
