SUMMARY The Lead Sales Worker assists Retail Store Manager oversee employees and run daily store operations. The Lead Sales Worker ensures the sales floor is well-organized, customers receive excellent service, and team members are supported in achieving performance expectations. The Lead Sales Worker is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quotas and goals by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. * Assigns duties, schedules shifts and breaks, and ensures adequate floor coverage * Trains and supervises staff on store policies and job duties * Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment * Tracks deliveries, check for accuracy and reports discrepancies * Prepare sales and inventory reports * Ensure accuracy in sales and cash handling * Handles customer complaints, returns and service issues professionally * Assist staff with complex sales and customer service tasks * Meets or exceeds sales goals my managing daily store operations * Maintain regular communication with store leadership * Supports donation and production operations as needed * Maintains a safe work environment * Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
