Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will lead platform administration, drive process improvements, and partner with business and delivery teams to ensure Salesforce supports scalable growth across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Delivery functions in an IT Services environment. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related apps). Lead platform strategy, roadmap, and best practices for configuration and governance. Design and implement workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security models. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead a small team of admins/analysts; provide mentorship and quality oversight. Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity. Drive automation using Flows and declarative tools to improve efficiency. Partner with Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders on enhancements and releases. Oversee sandbox management, deployments, and release cycles. Ensure platform performance, adoption, and continuous improvement. Create documentation, training materials, and conduct user enablement sessions. Support integrations with third-party systems and internal tools. 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with 1–2 years in a lead role. Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flows, security, and data management. Experience supporting Sales, Service, and Delivery operations in an IT Services/Consulting environment. Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver business-ready solutions. Experience with AppExchange products and integrations. Strong understanding of release management and environment strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud Voice. Basic knowledge of Apex/LWC to collaborate effectively with developers.
