What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional design documents, and SAP solution requirements that support business objectives.
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP Retail solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
• Support day-to-day SAP operations by investigating functional issues, performing root-cause analysis, identifying solution or process gaps, and recommending and implementing effective resolutions.
• Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers and others to facilitate meaningful communication and collaboration.
• Communication on project health status, gaps or risks, and recommend solutions in a timely manner to enable successful delivery of the finished product on time, and on budget.

What You Bring

• SAP functional expertise with 3+ years hands-on experience in IS Retail, SAP MM, or SD modules, including configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding how systems and business processes work together.
• Ability to convert abstract, complex information into concrete material and design proposals that can be easily understood.
• Strong time management, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, communicate information clearly to diverse audiences, present ideas effectively, maintain accuracy, and follow through on commitments.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP language and ABAP Development Workbench is an asset
