Job Description You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of master data governance solutions, ensuring high data quality and compliance with organizational standards. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to align data management strategies with evolving business needs and improve overall data integrity towards achieving larger organizational objectives. This an Individual Contributor role. Roles & Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Support design, deployment, and implementation of tailored business requirements. Understand and support implementation of SAP MDG modules to support master data governance processes. Help develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Data Quality and Compliance: Help monitor and manage data quality issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Support establishing data quality standards and policies.ng data quality standards and policies and conducting regular audits to maintain high data integrity. System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP MDG applications, resolving issues and handling user requests. Help perform system upgrades and enhancements to meet evolving business needs. Help ensure system performance and reliability through regular monitoring and maintenance. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data governance needs and objectives. Help facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide solution insights. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment of data strategies. Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends and best practices. Continuously explore implements process improvements for optimization and to enhance efficiency. Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferably business informatics, information technology or a technical education in informatics) 3-6 Years of experience as SAP MDG Consultant Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate between different stakeholder groups from technology to business paired with a passion for master data and data quality. Experience with SAP MDG, ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and the data structures within those systems. Experience with data flows across different systems and monitoring of interfaces. Know-How in reading ABAP Coding and monitoring of data flows Fluent English language skills Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, strong abstraction capabilities and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environment.
