What will you do? SLT Implementation & Configuration Lead setup, configuration, and activation of SLT replication for SAP and non-SAP source systems. Design and implement replication models including table-level replication, filtering, transformation rules, and performance tuning. Manage initial load, delta replication, and post-load corrections. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? 5–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SLT implementation and support. Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, filtering, and performance tuning in SLT. Experience in supporting large-scale replication scenarios in multi-system landscapes. Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and data structures across key modules. Proficiency in troubleshooting SLT triggers, logging tables, RFC connections, and HANA Studio. Ability to analyze data inconsistencies and provide effective resolution strategies. Strong communication and documentation skills. What's in it for you?
