Lead SAP Warranty Claim Management Consultant Initial term: 12 months Location: Remote plus travel Travel: 25-35% to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area. We are seeking a Lead SAP Warranty Claim Management Consultant to support an SAP S/4 Service implementation for an heavy machine / automotive client. Experience required: 4+ full life cycle Warranty Mgt. projects 15+ years of Sap CS and PM experience Configure and support Warranty Claim Management in SAP Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements for warranty processes Design and implement: Claim types (customer / vendor / internal) Claim processing workflows Status profiles and action controls Integrate warranty claims with: Service Orders (S/4 Service) SD (Sales & Distribution) MM (Materials Management) FI/CO (Finance & Controlling) Configure: Pricing procedures for reimbursements Output determination Action profiles and follow-up actions Handle claim settlement & reimbursement processing This is an initial 12-month contract requiring 25–35% travel to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area.
