Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of Nottingham’s most established specialists within the building and facilities industry who are looking to hire a Senior Scheduling Administrator into their manufacturing and fabrication team.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong lead administration background within the facilities sector, has methodical and logical skills and the ability to form working relationships with clients. In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive salary of up to c£28,000 with a competitive yearly bonus scheme included within the role paid on an annual basis.
This opportunity is 5 days in the office and does not offer a hybrid working policy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Administration experience essential
  • Experience with scheduling diaries and workloads highly desirable
  • IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confident communication skills
  • Polite and professional telephone manner

Responsibilities
  • Strong key account coordination and attention to detail
  • Plan and organise workloads based on requirements and urgency of works
  • Delegating work to engineering and contractors, managing their workload
  • Liaising with client management teams via telephone, email, and face to face
  • Processing works from enquiry stage to aftersales care
  • Programming reactive and planned works within a shared database
