Ontario Health’s Sector Capacity & Performance (SCP) portfolio plays a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable and accountable healthcare system. It provides leadership in system planning, funding, and performance management, while supporting healthcare sectors through policy guidance and system insights. SCP acts as a key connector between Ontario Health portfolios and system partners, including the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Long-Term Care.

This role emphasizes autonomy, adaptability, and initiative, requiring strong relationship management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and support business transformation.
