The role is split across 80% technical project delivery and 20% leadership responsibilities, supporting the Practice Lead in capability building and delivery quality.

What You'll Do

- Deliver cloud-based data engineering solutions for blue-chip clients

- Provide technical direction, thought leadership, and best practices in data engineering

- Work directly with stakeholders in pre-sales, requirements gathering, and solution design

- Mentor and support team members, with the potential to grow into a leadership role

- Drive delivery excellence across a variety of industries and client engagements

What You'll Need

- 7–10 years' experience across data engineering, cloud computing, or data warehousing

- Strong technical expertise in one or more: Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric

- Strong background in data modelling, ETL processes, and SQL

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consulting mindset

- Ability to step into a lead role, even if prior leadership experience is limited

Highly Desirable

- Prior consulting experience

- Data solution design & architecture experience

- Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, Matillion

- Programming experience (Python, Java, Scala)

- Relevant certifications (e.g. SnowPro)

Benefits

- Competitive salary package + performance bonus

- Relocation assistance & visa sponsorship

- Hybrid / remote working environment for better work-life balance

- Coaching, mentoring, and buddy scheme for smooth integration

- Career development & certification support

- Global career opportunities and internal mobility

- Team building & networking events

Relocation Support

- Full work visa sponsorship

- Relocation assistance package to help with your move

- Option to start with their UK team while your visa is being processed

Inclusion & Equal Opportunities

Our client celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all. Applicants are welcome regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, parental or veteran status.
