Content Optimization * Oversee content optimization to enhance user experience and support advanced keyword targeting. * Implement progressive on-page optimization strategies. Technical SEO * Lead technical SEO initiatives to optimize the website for search engine crawling, indexing, and rendering. * Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices and address technical issues. Analytics and Reporting * Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and report key SEO performance metrics. * Provide reports detailing the impact of SEO initiatives on organic traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends * Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates, regularly refining strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO with the broader business strategy. * Establish SEO implementation frameworks across teams. Team Leadership * Manage and mentor a team of SEO analysts, fostering collaboration and staying updated with SEO trends. What we expect from you: * Minimum 8 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS. Prior team management experience is a must. * Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. * Proficiency in SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for data analysis and decision-making. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio is a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic. * Demonstrated willingness to stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
