Take food orders from residents in the dining room Assist in training new employees on POS system. Assist in all Community activities that require services from the Dining Team Assist with training and orientation of dining room servers in customer service standards, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Corporate and Regulatory Standards. Provide high-quality service. Lead Server Qualification: High School Diploma or GED One year of supervisory serving experience ServSafe certified Interpersonal and multitasking skills Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Technical, vocational training in culinary field, or certificate Two years of experience in senior living settings Two plus years of supervisory experience and skills Ready to be a part of our team?
