Responsibilities
  • Maintains a section and provides memorable service experiences while monitoring the rest of the room.
  • Handles guest complaints with kindness and understanding.
  • Sets and upholds positive vibes throughout the room.
  • Helps inspire and develop staff.
  • Writes detailed end of shift reports.
  • Draws section maps, handles shift cash outs and sets daily goals and intentions for the team.
  • Makes recommendations that improve restaurant systems.
  • Ability to coordinate, direct, and support others’ work.
