Chenier Motors is looking for a Lead Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have automotive experience (preferably 3+ years in a similar role).
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in-person, via phone, and email.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, finding effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Make sound decisions regarding service recommendations and customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
