We are looking for a Lead Service Designer to join our product organization, focused on delivering impactful design solutions that prioritize our customers and employees.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the product discovery to design phases, collaborating directly with Product Managers and UX Researchers from the onset to navigate initiatives through complexities and shape compelling product concepts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a service designer or UX researcher in cross-functional product teams
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Curiosity, a human-centric approach, and evidence-based decision making
  • High proficiency in exploratory and user research methodologies
  • Strong understanding of digital product design (UX/UI)
  • Background in building new products and propositions
  • Hands-on approach to validating problems through experiments
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and creating service blueprints
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and collaboration tools like Miro
  • Comfort with running workshops, conducting interviews, and managing stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
Responsibilities
  • Practice service design during the product discovery phase for various initiatives
  • Drive discovery by co-creating, researching, and ideating with business stakeholders
  • Align project scope and planning with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Shape and distill the team’s vision for the product and customer experience
  • Evangelize a mindset of customer-centricity and focus on customer problems
  • Train and educate stakeholders in various research methodologies and tooling
  • Facilitate team workshops and engage activities as an expert
  • Execute exploratory user research and synthesis proficiently
  • Enhance product discovery quality through close collaboration with user researchers and product managers
  • Develop low fidelity prototypes and execute concept user tests
