Description
1. Responsible for the delivery and implementation of power module products and data center operation and maintenance upgrades, ensuring on-time project delivery. 2. Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions. 3. Manage customer expectations to reduce on-site delivery costs and risks. 4. Assist the team with product installation, configuration, and commissioning. 5. Prepare relevant delivery documentation and reports. 6. Support customers in confirming on-site activation plans, acceptance, commissioning, and handover. 7. Participate in project risk and change management. 8. Assist in building the team for power module and data center operation and maintenance upgrades. A. Familiar with office automation and able to read technical drawings. B. Possess some experience in technical support and implementation. D. Have experience in project or delivery management. E. Strong sense of responsibility and customer focus. G. Able to adapt to long-term business travel.
