Description We are looking for a reliable, motivated General Service Technician to join our fast-paced automotive repair shop in Caldwell, Idaho. Our shop is been in the Caldwell Community for over 40 years & it has a steady flow of work. We have a Great motivated Team, but we are missing another team member with the same ambition and willing to be part of a supportive team environment and have opportunities to advance into higher-level technician positions. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services Rotate and install tires Complete vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance needs Replace air filters, wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs Perform fluid services and basic preventive maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently while following safety procedures Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians Requirements Qualifications Automotive experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Basic hand tools preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
