As the Lead Service Technician, you’ll take the lead on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You’ll also mentor an apprentice technician, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction across every job.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service calls and routine maintenance for residential and light commercial clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
  • Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Guide and mentor an apprentice technician on service techniques and safety practices
  • Document all service activities using our field service app
  • Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Recommend system upgrades or replacements when necessary
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and licensing requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Follow service standards and work instructions
  • Perform other related duties as required
