Partner with the best As a Lead Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the billing & accounting operations of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, efficient collections processes, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers. As a Lead Billing Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment , you will be responsible for: Mapping rates based on resources categories and contract conditions Support with full revenue recognition process on monthly basis Preparing the invoices based on the time writing or lumpsum project contracts Creation and submission of invoices on SAP/ Ariba. Support with full chain of billing and collection cycle. Connect to customer portals and systems. Support forecasting, billing and collection activities. Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and revenue recognition in coordination with finance and technical project teams. Maintain accurate financial records for audits and month-end closing. Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Manage multi-currency billing for international projects Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Responsible for Services invoicing, collection/ commercial dispute resolution and cash application and payments dispute resolution. Full ownership for issuing bank guarantees via GTC to support the ongoing business needs. Provide support to the commercial bids, follow up on customers’ contracts renewals. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university or college Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Order, Billing and Fulfillment. Be familiar with ERP systems Have a strong organization and technical skills (Excel skills and comfort in working with data) Have a Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have an advanced level of English communication skills Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have the Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Have an effective problem identification and solution skills. Have a proven analytical and organizational ability.
