What You’ll Do As our Lead Showroom Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams within the Design Center, ensuring seamless coordination of sales support, project guidance, and the customer experience. You’ll play a key role in Sales and Business Development, primarily working with the Kitchen Designers, Outside Sales Team, and residential and commercial contractors. You will serve as the lead liaison for customers navigating the Design Center, particularly in the windows, doors, millwork, and kitchen categories. Provide expert product knowledge, pricing guidance, and process clarity to help customers make informed decisions. Responsible for order accuracy, product availability, and coordination with internal departments. Ensure accuracy in quotes, contracts, and agreements. Partner with designers and operations teams to align customer solutions with project requirements. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’d love to meet you if you bring: • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a plus! • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or showroom operation • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
