We’re looking for experienced site carpenters to join our growing team.
This is a permanent PAYE position (£45K–£50K) with pension, long-term work secured for the coming years, and a chance to step into team leadership.
(Equivalent pay for CIS contractors offered)

Hands-on carpentry across residential & commercial projects - starting in Oxfordshire and leading to Kent, South London, Essex.
Leading teams of 4–8 carpenters on site
Ensuring high-quality finishes & following drawings accurately
