Responsibilities/Expectations: Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals. Participate in design phases for a variety of platform enhancements from small tickets to medium to large scale projects/programs including identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues. Responsible for design/code reviews to help promote consistent quality coding practices and standards, as well as constructively improve secure coding. Provide hands-on expertise for system integration between Salesforce, Customer Portal, Partner Portal (Salesforce Experience Cloud), IVR and other business applications. Provide system administration support of our Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow. Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployed solutions and important support processes. Maintain detailed system configuration and architectural documentation on an ongoing basis. Documentation updates are required as part of any material change to the environment. Facilitate transition of applications from development to production. Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time to support project deliverables. There may be additional, related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience (Apex & VisualForce) Hands-on experience with Apex classes, Asynchronous Apex, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce pages,LWC, SOQL & SOSL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apex Callouts, Unit test classes, Salesforce Security model and Lightning Components. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Approval Processes and change sets. Proven ability to create high-quality and detailed documentation. Good to have - Certifications - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Admin Preferred Experience and Skills: Salesforce Service or Sales cloud Experience Salesforce Experience Cloud Experience with HTML, JQuery, AJAX, JSON and CSS Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces Salesforce Certified Developer II certification will be an added advantage Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of Salesforce Development Experience Join our talent community and receive the latest Qualys news, content, and be first in line for new job opportunities.
