Description Position Overview The Lead Snack and Drink Attendant/Barista, will work hands on to deliver program services onsite including working at the coffee bar, completing proper stocking and presentation of snacks and drinks, and maintaining a clean service environment. This role leads activities in-shift for attendees staffing the coffee bar, snack and drink attendants. The ideal Lead will engage with people in a personable and service-oriented manner throughout the client site. This role may support other tasks across front of house teams as needed. The Barista portion of the role will fill in as needed at the client cafe. Therefore having experience for all points of service for and latte art skills are needed. Requirements Responsibilities Exemplifies and leads others to meet Just Fares’ hospitality standards. Ability to flex in to complete all tasks and participate in stocking, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Participate in the onsite execution of various food programs ie snack and drink, coffee bars. Work with management and corporate team to onboard and train team members on new and recurring training. Assist in scheduling and coordinating tasks for all team members onsite including breaks with workflow of tasks in shift. Work with leadership to ensure a seamless client experience, ensuring all tasks are completed by team on time and to expectation. Setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and all other points of service throughout the site. Make espresso drinks, stock snacks and drinks and complete equipment maintenance. Brew drip coffee, distribute and replenish as needed throughout the shift. Restocking and organizing all coffee, condiments, and other snacks and beverages Maintains inventory and pars of all equipment, supplies, and consumables. Assist with maintaining equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs. Engages with all contractors, client community, and vendor partners onsite. Work as the onsite lead to coordinate and deliver on special services, including coffee and meeting events requests. Operate POS as needed. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work/service environment Participate in ordering, receiving and managing inventory onsite. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years experience in a Cafe or Coffee bar; with Latte Art skills! 1+ year in a role managing others in shift Experience in hospitality with a passion for food & people Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication & patience Attendance & punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs Ability to be self-sufficient & make sound decisions on-the-fly Understanding & knowledge of safety, sanitation & food handling procedures Required to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification Smart Phone Mobile device required for daily communications Basic computer skills (docs, spreadsheets, google docs, etc.) Schedule Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with hours dependent on the service. You are responsible for managing your schedule, based on your shift availability, with your supervisor. Shift Details: Start times will range from 5am to 7am Monday to Friday. Responsibilities
