Honeywell is seeking a Lead Software Architect to help define and drive the technical direction for next‑generation, cloud‑based products with a strong focus on hands‑on software development, AI/ML systems, and scalable architecture. This role sits within the Innovation, Architecture, and Threat Intelligence organization and plays a key role in shaping how modern software platforms are designed, built, and evolved across multiple products and teams. You will report directly to the Chief Architect and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role focused on coding, architecture, and influence. You will work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design and prototype high‑impact solutions from the earliest stages.
