JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be responsible for the development of complex IT architectures in innovative software solutions and for providing strategic-technological advice to our customers.
• You will manage teams from a technical perspective from kick-off to roll-out and will be in close contact with the project management team.
• With your leadership skills , you will win over, inspire, and mobilize your project team and our customers for ideas.
• By coaching your team members in Software Engineering and Architecture and in the application of agile principles, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of a wide range of projects.
• With your skills and experience, you will further develop our network of experts and work on group-wide initiatives for the continuous improvement of software development.
