About the Role We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for running and evolving our Azure and Office 365 platforms — keeping everything from Exchange Online to Azure Kubernetes Service running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with our architects, security team, and support team to make sure our cloud environment is reliable, secure, and ready to support mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Azure & Office 365 Operations Manage, maintain, and support Azure infrastructure services and Office 365 environment (primarily Exchange Online). Ensure smooth operation of workloads, updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Monitor system health, ensure high availability, and implement preventive maintenance. Infrastructure Services Deployment Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources such as: Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) / Virtual WAN/Hub, and VPN Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) Azure Key vaults & Azure app configuration Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Containers Azure API Management Application Gateway & Azure Front Door Implement cloud networking configurations and integrations to support business applications. Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Develop scripts and automation workflows for deploying and managing infrastructure. Use Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure DevOps to build IaC pipelines for repeatable and reliable deployments. Drive adoption of DevOps best practices for infrastructure provisioning. Collaboration & Security Work closely with the Security Team to align infrastructure configurations with compliance and security standards. Collaborate with end-user support teams to resolve escalated issues. Provide technical support to solution architects and application teams during infrastructure design and deployment. Continuous Improvement Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and processes to improve system reliability and efficiency. Ensure documentation of infrastructure standards, processes, and operations. Participate in incident management and root-cause analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments. Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. Experience with Exchange Online administration and integration with Azure services. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure services (VMs, VNets, AKS, Containers, Load Balancers, App Gateway, Front Door, API Management). Expert in PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation. Proficiency in Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines for IaC. Solid understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD), security, and compliance concepts. Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
