Specific skills required:

  • 3 years of Pega Systems Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Systems hands-on development experience;
  • 2 years of experience in personalization techniques in consumer industry;
  • Experience with designing and developing automated solutions to business problems;
  • Experience with designing, developing, and implementing large scale/complex software applications;
  • Experience with public and private cloud integration with AWS, IAAS, Azure or Google; and
  • Experience with development of API’s, usage of Postman
Responsibilities

Work closely with Business Partners, Pega Vendor and Interface partners and other engineers to design and develop functionality that expands our Wells Fargo Personalization capabilities. Participate in new project requirements and design sessions representing CEE Technology. Facilitate and document CEE technical designs/architectures as required. Act as a technical lead for assigned initiatives, driving solutions, sizing stories, creating and assigning JIRA tasks, holding technical meetings, etc. Deliver solutions using the enterprise Agile Methodology. Perform technical development activities within the Pega Systems Developer Studio. Participate in production releases to ensure smooth rollout of new functionality. Provide application support and troubleshooting as required. Ensure solutions are performant to scale to handle millions of transactions an hour, work closely with Performance test engineer. Work within a team environment to help solve complex business requirements while utilizing enterprise and industry best practices. Partner with our QA/automation team to ensure all application code is defect free before being deployed to production environments. Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met as part of application development activities. Learn and stay up to date on Pega Customer Decision Hub functionality. Mentor and provide direction to more junior technical resources on the team. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
