Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives from discovery and experimentation through to production and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk, Operations and the broader business.
• Manage scope, priorities, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, resources and stakeholder communication.
• Establish clear success measures and evidence requirements for progressing AI capabilities from experiment to pilot and production.
• Coordinate AI evaluation, security, privacy, responsible AI, human oversight and operational-readiness activities.
• Build collaborative, accountable teams while maintaining delivery discipline, quality and a focus on completed outcomes.
• Support business adoption and benefits realisation by integrating AI capabilities into operational workflows and change activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Substantial experience leading complex technology delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders in agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, data-intensive or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong program, project and agile delivery-management capability, including planning, prioritisation, forecasting and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and business functions.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence senior leaders.
• Sound knowledge of AI and software delivery lifecycles, cloud platforms, data management, integrations and enterprise systems.
• An understanding of AI delivery risks, including data readiness, evaluation, privacy, responsible AI, human oversight and production monitoring.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services, enterprise technology, SaaS or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in software development, business analysis, data, AI or a related technical discipline will be advantageous.
