JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas TX 75202 (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home)
DUTIES: Responsible for requirements gathering through grooming, planning sessions with product owners, UX design team and architects, using Agile SAFE methodology, JIRA, iTrack, Azure ADO and Figma. Responsible for high-level solution design by working with architects, estimating effort based on requirements and solution identified. Utilize GitHub Copilot to leverage Generative AI. Implement frontend using Micro-Frontend Architecture. Development and unit testing of UI components using bit.dev, NX,dev, NextJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, React Testing Library, Jest, Mocking using Jest Mock, Mock service worker, API mocking using Mockoon and Fiddler. Implement CMS services using Microservice architecture. Integrate with headless CMS Sanity.IO by creating content schema design, to allow business authors to change content without the need of code deployment. Integration with personalization services using AI/ML based TDATA platform, Adobe Target and personalization microservices. Performance measurement, optimization using Lighthouse, Webpagetest, Dynatrace, mPulse, and Bundle Analyzer. Implement test accessibility using Level Access, NVDA and business analytics requirements using Adobe Analytics, SSAF (server-side analytics framework). Mentor, review team of engineers for implementation using pull requests review on Code Cloud, Sonar, ESLint for code quality. Deploy application to cloud environment (On-Prem and Azure) using CI/CD pipelines created using Jenkins, and JFrog while ensuring quality gates, security scans to ensure security of application. Monitor application DevOps DORA matrix. Provide monitoring support by analyzing information available using ELK, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, and Quantum metric.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Agile SAFE methodology, JIRA, iTrack, Azure ADO and Figma; utilizing UI components using bit.dev, NX.dev, NextJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Jest Mock, Mockoon and Fiddler; utilizing AI/ML based TDATA platform, Adobe Target and personalization microservices; utilizing lighthouse, webpagetest, Dynatrace, and Bundle Analyzer; utilizing Adobe Analytics, SSAF (server-side analytics framework); utilizing On-Prem and Azure; utilizing Jenkins and JFrog; and utilizing ELK, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, and Quantum metric.
