REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 6 year’s experience including some time mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Proven experience in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while contributing to the delivery ofcomplex software projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub actions

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
