The Enterprise Technology & Software Engineering team connect and build the technology tools that help our group work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
We achieve this by focusing on the configuration, development and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Technology platforms, our approach is seamless and iterative, prioritising agility and adaptability. By integrating modern engineering approaches and fostering a culture of constant innovation, we ensure that our core building blocks not only support current needs but also scales effortlessly for future growth.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting event-driven solutions and APIs that deliver value to the business. Working closely with business users and fellow team members, you will ensure that our software engineering solutions are reliable, effective, and aligned with Ampol’s needs. As a leader, you will also provide thought leadership, coaching, and guidance to engineers and squad members.
