Lead Software Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead React/UI Software Engineer will contribute to strategic enhancements in HCL Commerce of new and existing global eCommerce sites used by Caterpillar dealerships and end customers. These enhancements to our eCommerce presence will contribute to Caterpillar’s growth goal of aftermarket part sales.

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

$123,480.00 - $200,640.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure security, quality and velocity goals are met or exceeded for three to five scrum teams.
• Work with Product Managers to document high level requirements and create designs, resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing code for eCommerce applications using agile methods
• Writing source codes for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
• Utilizing automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance.

Base salary for this role ranges from $123,480 to $185,280. Actual salary will be based on experience. The total rewards package, beyond base salary includes:
