What You’ll Be Doing

This is an opportunity to take a leading technical role in building and shaping the systems that support two of Australia’s best-known comparison brands. You’ll stay close to the technology while helping lift engineering capability, influence technical direction and solve meaningful problems at scale.

• Build & Lead: Design and deliver secure, scalable, high-quality systems while championing engineering best practices, quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Shape Technical Direction: Influence technology choices, architecture and design patterns, while promoting DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with developers, product and business teams, translating complex technical concepts and helping teams make informed, collaborative decisions.
• Mentor & Grow: Support and mentor engineers, share knowledge and help build a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous improvement.
