Job Description Skills and Competencies: Commercial .NET development experience in a complex application environment with multiple parallel development streams. MS SQL Server experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, preferably as a full-stack developer. Ability to debug complex production code and provide effective workarounds for urgent fixes. A pragmatic approach to software development, balancing speed and quality. Expertise in designated areas of technical specialization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior knowledge and skills: Strong experience with TFS and Visual Studio products. Have extensive coding, testing and documentation experience. Experience in creating complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development. Experience in analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Knowledge of financial & investment products including Superannuation, Unit Trust and Pension products is desirable. Experience working in a geographically distributed team environment.
