Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description Working for a global organisation you will lead a team of developers working on multiple software solutions through a delivery model. You will ensure best practice approach to developments and delivery of solutions and continued improvement of technical standards and will design and implement new products and maintaining the legacy products. What you'll do: Deliver functional, working software applications. Secure the software applications cover 100% of the requested functionalities. Write technical specification for the project delivered. Progress reports delivered throughout the full life cycle and issues identified and addressed at earliest opportunity. Resolve complex client incidents and supply root-cause analysis. Make decisions around how to implement a feature or a bug fix. Work and process Projects and Tasks based on their priorities. Participate in design to understand business needs, give input to software design and understand overall vision. Contribute task ideas and estimates to planning process Design and implement unit test to validate functionality implemented correctly. Write appropriate level of documenting to meet development process standards. Active contribution and justification to the technical strategy to create solutions. Qualifications What you'll bring: University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or relevant. 7 years of professional experience in software development with .NET 3 years of leading people Practical experience deploying and debugging applications Practical experience of the development lifecycle and methodologies Practical experience with version control systems Practical experience in enhancement and support of software products.
