Essential Functions: Consults with product owners to gather and refine requirements across product teams, adding and taking into account existing tools and solutions across the organization. Drives advanced architect solutions that are robust and scalable, considering integrations with other solutions across the internal technical ecosystem. Provides extensive domain expertise on the development of user documentation of solutions and fosters standard processes in user documentation as needed. Plays a major role in the development and delivery of new features across products from end-to-end. This is a hybrid position. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD Master's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in a directly related field. Minimum thirteen (13) years of directly related experience. Experience in Power Platform like Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven apps), Dataverse (data modeling, security, integrations). Knowledge of and ability to develop back-end (e.g. Python, C#, Java) components and services. The ability to develop and use REST and/or GraphQL APIs and integrating across internal and external products and services. Knowledge of and the ability to use different databases (e.g., relational, document, key-value, graph databases) based on the transactional and analytical use-cases. Hands-on experience with developing, deploying and operating highly available and elastic micro-services and serverless-architecture in public cloud like AWS, Azure. Experience with using GenAI, copilots, and agentic software for improving agility, quality, and security in SDLC. Demonstrated ability to enhance product capabilities with the use of AI/ML services for real-time and natural language-based collaboration, workflow automation, and insights.
