Job Description Get to Know the Team The Grab Support team builds the platform that helps millions of passengers, driver-partners, and merchants when they need assistance. Our mission is to deeply understand user problems and deliver solutions that resolve them quickly, seamlessly, and at scale. We combine machine learning models that interpret user intent with automation flows capable of processing and resolving issues end-to-end. This involves everything from natural language understanding and model development to workflow orchestration and system integration across Grab's ecosystem. Get to Know the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineering Lead, Fullstack to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our cutting-edge software solutions, leading a team of skilled engineers, and driving technical excellence across our organization. You will report to the Engineering Manager of Grab Support Engineering team and work onsite in CMC Creative Space office, HCMC. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural decisions Design and implement D365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and PCF controls. Build integrations using Dataverse Web API/OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and RESTful services. Automate business processes with Power Automate and apply secure patterns for app-to-app and delegated access. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance Establish coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Optimize application performance, security, and reliability Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology strategy of the organization Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality releases Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong command of both frontend and backend technologies 2+ years delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform. Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, C# or Python Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django) Strong knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Proven track record of delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies Excellent system architecture and design skills, with the ability to create scalable and distributed systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Experience in performance optimization and implementing security best practices Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Visionary mindset with the ability to drive innovation and technical excellence Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and industry best practices
