REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in gameplay engineering or a combination of applicable training and experience.
  • Previous leadership experience including at least one shipped game title.

  • Experience analyzing game features and elements for performance, and optimizing a game to release quality.
  • Experience working closely in multi-disciplinary teams with people of diverse mindsets.
  • Mentorship mindset and excellent attitude toward helping others level up their knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Experience with large codebase.
  • Experience working on online multiplayer games.

  • Define, communicate, and champion the technical vision for technology that facilitates the delivery of large volumes of AAA game elements such as missions, locations, and open-world systems.
  • Use your experience to improve the efficiency and capability of our designer and engineer workflows that directly relate to player-facing gameplay and systems.
