OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions, primarily focused on Generative AI (GenAI). This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of relevant experience

EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE:

  • 10+ years of programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • 1 - 3 years with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Ability to lead AI / ML efforts.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement GenAI models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in AI systems and applications.

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID / FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
