We are growing rapidly and seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Test to join and spearhead our QA team.
You will play a crucial role in upholding Luxury Escapes’ commitment to delivering world-class feature releases and fostering a culture of quality within our tech and product teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Lead Software Engineer in Test at Luxury Escapes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform as it evolves.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites.
Working closely with product teams, you will champion QA best practices and contribute to the overall QA strategy across the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and implement department-wide strategy for automation testing
• Own our automated end-to-end test suites (we’re using Cypress, Jest, and Circle CI).
• Design robust test plans for major releases and collaborate with teams to execute them.
• Identify shortcomings in our automated testing process, and work to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA at Luxury Escapes.
• Hands-on coding, writing automation scripts.
• Help us release quickly, and confidently!
