Overview
The Corporate Solutions team is looking for a Lead, Software Engineering to help achieve time-to-market, quality excellence, and higher customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. A Lead, Software Engineer position at MasterCard requires hands-on skills that involves knowledge of software development & quality engineering to develop a resilient software product that is testable in close to fully automated manner. Additionally, role requires experience of leading 10 or more-member scrum team that works on software development using Agile methodology. Also, understanding of design patterns, technology is necessary for this role to ensure Engineering Excellence is achieved by the team all the time. This is an individual contributor role & does not involve line management responsibilities.
