We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Murex to drive the development and optimization of front-office Murex environments. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective implementation of Murex solutions to support business needs across diverse asset classes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong background in Murex with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in Murex modules such as E-Tradepad, Simulations, Trade Capture, Trade Events, and Market Data
• Competency in the configuration of processes, scripts, UDFs, workflows, and Static Data management
• Background in front-office business analysis with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of asset classes and financial products including Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives
• Familiarity with pre-trade workflows, access rights, and maturity set configurations

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Murex, providing guidance for front-office Murex environments
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Murex modules, including E-Tradepad, Simulations, Trade Capture, and Trade Events
• Conduct detailed business analysis to define and refine front-office requirements, ensuring alignment with Murex capabilities
• Develop and maintain processes, scripts, UDFs, and pre-trade workflows for efficient system functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage static data, maturity sets, and access rights within the Murex platform
• Optimize simulations, curves, and market data configurations to streamline trading activities
• Provide technical solutions for key asset classes and products such as Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex system issues related to Murex and workflow performance
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and skills development in Murex expertise
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives while delivering innovative and scalable solutions
