LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER / DEVELOPER (.NET AZURE REACT) REMOTE TO £85K

Are you a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong C# .Net Core experience combined with a good knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing?
You could be progressing your career at a financial services tech consultancy that specialise in solutions for Pensions and Investment Managers; continually learning and progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role.
As a Lead Software Engineer you will remain hands-on, working across the full development lifecycle with involvement from requirements and planning through to development, testing, implementation, DevOps and support whilst also providing project leadership and technical guidance to a small team.
You’ll be using a wide range of technology across the full tech stack; they’ve just moved over to .Net 6.0 and are using front end frameworks such as React and Redux; you’ll have a focus on backend development but with exposure to the front end too.
As the Lead Software Engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in technical discussions, architecture and design decisions as well as overall product strategy, collaborating with the CTO and other business stakeholders.
