How will you make an impact? Drive engineering excellence through AI‑augmented workflows and agentic development patterns. Develop end to end cloud features on top of AWS. Optimizing components for maximum performance. Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement. Lead features design and implementations, set the bar for the team standards and advise on tech. Selection, show initiative in driving technical direction and team collaboration. Demonstrate strategic thinking and a long-term vision for scalable solutions. Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85 At least 8 years of BE/Fullstack experience AI‑augmented development, including MCP servers Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be open to taking on increasing responsibilities with the goal of role evolving Fluent English You will have an advantage if you also have: Implemented AI/LLM agentic systems Prior leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, Scrum Master, Team Lead) Familiarity with ML pipelines, vector databases, or LLM integration patterns What’s in it for you? Responsibilities

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will build full-stack features and orchestrate AI agents to enhance engineering workflows. You will also ensure high-quality deliverables and lead feature design and implementation.
