REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in developing backend systems OR proven track record of backend expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or in similar leadership roles OR proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical peers.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Must be proficient in NestJS, Redis, Postgres, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
  • Strong backend skills with the willingness and ability to work on the frontend as needed.
  • Passion for building clean, maintainable, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive, high-performance web application using TypeScript
  • Design, build, and maintain backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, and clean architecture
  • Collaborate closely with teammates through technical discussions, documentation, code reviews, and peer programming.
  • Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Contribute to frontend development when needed, primarily with Next.js/React
  • Work with PostgreSQL to design efficient relational schemas, write optimized queries and indexes, and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability
