Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an engineer to lead the development and evolution of our internal tools that are critical to teams across Engineering, Support, Implementation, and Customer Success. These applications help us reduce time-to-install and bring sites and cameras online more efficiently, directly impacting our operational efficiency and expansion velocity.
You’ll own these internal applications by treating them as products and collaborating across teams to identify and build what’s needed next. Your work will be essential to streamlining our processes and accelerating our growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the design, build, and operation of internal tools used daily across the company, including our Camera Calibration App, QA tools, and Site/user management systems.
  • Build robust SSO workflows and user provisioning systems that streamline customer onboarding and reduce time-to-install
  • Partner with Support to identify bottlenecks and build solutions that enable self-service and reduce ticket volume
  • Collaborate with Platform team on deployment tools and Computer Vision team to integrate CV features into operational workflows
  • Design and implement APIs that connect our various systems, creating a seamless experience for internal users
  • Gather feedback from users across teams, prioritize features, and ship iterative improvements weekly
