We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer (Unity) to join our newly formed Goliath Digital Team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our programming team and contribute directly to the development of both board game companion apps and digital games. This is a unique chance to lead the growth of a team that could expand to over 50 members, significantly impacting the future of Lucky Duck Games and the broader Goliath Group Responsibilities: Lead a team of programmers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Contribute to the programming and development of our digital games using Unity. Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to bring game concepts to life. Ensure the technical excellence and high quality of all game projects. Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools for the programming team. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the team and the company. Minimum of 5 years of mobile game programming experience in Unity, specifically in the game industry. Proven track record of managing and leading programming teams. Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines. Fluency in English (B2-C1) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Passion for gaming and a deep commitment to creating high-quality, engaging digital games.
